2024 Summer Running Clinic

A well-designed competitive running program tailored to meet the needs of each individual athlete. Children grades 4-6 will be introduced to the fundamentals of running, stretching, strength, and agility training in an encouraging and rigorous training session. This clinic will serve as an introduction to the new competitive running program in Holmdel!  A great opportunity for kids to connect with their peers, acquire some extra conditioning prior to Fall sports season, determine if competitive running interests them, or just get up and move after a relaxing summer! Parents, please come with any and all questions you may have regarding the start of the program. See you there!
