2026 SPRING BADMINTON CLINIC 

STARTS 3/22/2026 FOR EIGHT WEEKS

HYAA will be offering an instructional skills field badminton clinic for boys and girls in 1st-6th grades.  This clinic is a fun way to learn the fundamentals of the sport and to learn from experienced players and coaches, as well as current Middle and High School players helping to coach.

When:  Sundays - 3/22, 3/29, 4/12, 4/19, 5/3, 5/10, 5/17, 5/31

Time:  9:30 a.m. - 11 a.m.

Where: Village School Old Gym (in between entrances)

Who:  2nd through 6^th graders

Required Equipment: We will provide racket.  Must wear sneakers.

Objectives

• Establish a recreational badminton program for youth under HYAA.
• Create a welcoming and supportive environment for children to learn and enjoy the sport.
• Promote physical activity, teamwork, and sportsmanship through structured play.
• Provide skill development opportunities in a relaxed setting.
• Offer training options if there is interest in competitive play.

Registration fee for Instructional Clinic: $175
